Treat buyers, vendors, drivers, admins, and other users respectfully. Harassment, threats, hate, sexually explicit conduct, scams, and abusive messaging are not allowed.

Do not list illegal, unsafe, recalled, counterfeit, stolen, restricted, misleading, or inappropriate products. Vendors are responsible for food safety, labeling, licenses, taxes, age restrictions, and local compliance.

Stores should use accurate names, descriptions, prices, product photos, pickup/shipping details, availability, and contact information. Do not impersonate another person or business.

Users can report concerning messages, products, stores, accounts, or orders. Admins may review reports, close tickets, remove content, block stores, ban users, or delete content temporarily or permanently.
